Privacy Policy & Founding Member Terms

Last updated: 16 August 2026

Who we are

Consiera is a household concierge service being developed by Uxavia Ltd (company number 15452835, registered in England and Wales; registered address: 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ). It has not launched yet. This page explains what information we collect from people who register founding-member interest, and how we use it. Questions or requests: hello@consiera.co.uk.

What we collect

When you fill in the founding-member form: your name, email address, phone number (only if you choose to give it), the membership tier you selected, and your answer to our question about a household problem (if you write one). We also record your consent choices, the time of signup, whether you arrived from one of our ads, and whether you used a phone or computer.

Why we collect it

One purpose only: to contact you about Consiera founding membership — confirming your registration, and (only if you ticked the call box) a short call to understand what you'd want the service to handle. Your answers also help us decide what to build first. We do not use your details for anything else.

Our lawful basis

Your consent — the box you tick when you sign up. You can withdraw it at any time by emailing us, and we'll delete your details.

Who we share it with

Nobody, commercially. Your details are never sold or passed to third parties for their own use. The tools that process the data on our behalf: Google Sheets (where the form responses are stored), Postmark (which delivers our notification emails), and Meta (see cookies below). That's it.

Cookies and the Meta Pixel

This site uses the Meta (Facebook) Pixel so we can tell whether our ads work — it records that a visit or signup happened. The pixel loads only if you accept it via the cookie banner; if you decline, no advertising cookies are set. Meta processes this data under its own privacy policy. You can change your choice at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser, and you can control ad preferences in your Facebook settings.

How long we keep it

Until we make our launch decision. If Consiera launches, we'll contact you as promised and ask whether you want to stay on the list. If it doesn't launch, all signup data is deleted within 3 months of the decision. You can ask us to delete your details at any point before that.

Your rights

You can ask to see the data we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted — email hello@consiera.co.uk and we'll act on it promptly. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the ICO (ico.org.uk).

Founding Member Terms (the pilot, in plain English)

  1. Registering interest is not a purchase. No payment is taken, no contract is formed, and you owe us nothing.
  2. The service is not live yet. Consiera is in a validation phase. Registering does not entitle you to request jobs or emergency help today — including 24/7 cover, which begins only if and when the service launches.
  3. The founding rate promise. If Consiera launches, founding members will be offered the tier they selected at the price shown when they registered, locked for as long as they remain continuously subscribed. If we do not launch, the promise simply lapses — nothing is owed either way.
  4. Tier choice isn't binding. You can change or cancel your registration any time before launch by emailing us.
  5. We may not launch. That's what a pilot means. If we don't, we'll tell you, and your data will be deleted as described above.
